I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of client centered experience. I have extensive training in Oncology Massage and Cranio-Sacral Therapy.
My massage philosophy is to encourage the body to release tension, not force it. Using a variety of techniques from around the world, and with the support of Aromatherapy oils, my aim is to create a healthy space for tensions to melt away. My office experience is more spa-like due to my many years working at Ummelina Day Spa and Elaia Spa in Seattle.

Thai Herbal Hot Compress
linen wrapped Thai herbs are steamed to create an anti-inflammatory compress which is applied to the body with Thai massage techniques. Afterwards you can use the compress at home for up to a week. $25
Dry Brushing
gently exfoliates and encourages lymphatic movement. Take home your brush afterward to use weekly for soft, healthy skin. $10
Magnesium Powder
magnesium is most readily absorbed by the body through the skin rather than taken internally. It will have a warming affect on the tissue as it assists in relieving muscle tension and cramping as well as fighting acne. $10
