My Mission: To provide quality Massage and Cranio-Sacral Therapy with essential oils to enhance the healing and relaxation of the body, mind and spirit.
I strongly believe in a Holistic approach to healing which is why I have studied such different types of bodywork; from Nuad Bo-Rarn Thai Massage to Aromatherapy. Everyone's body is different and will react differently to each style. By expanding my knowledge base I hope to have the right tool to help each client with their own, individual, healing needs.
2017 brought a year to refocus my practice. While I didn't want to change my style I still felt that I needed to expand my abilities. Oncology Massage was the answer. I spent the year studying for hospital based massage for cancer patients. I had the opportunity to intern at Oregon Health and Sciences University working with Infusion patients post bone marrow transplant and Chemotherapy Outpatients. My education thus far has been fulfilling, nurturing, and inspiring!
To be clear; massage is not a cure or treatment for cancer, it is a complimentary modality meant to enhance quality of life during and after medical treatment for cancer and other chronic conditions. Many clients have reported massage to relieve nausea, fatigue and pain. Cancer and it's treatments have lifelong effects and it is important that your massage therapist has current training on the subject.
I hope my passion for education and health will help you along the path of healing and wellness.
